Representatives of WestBalkanNet (WBN), Boban Batrićević, Ahmet Shala, and Jovan Ulićević, visited Sarajevo as delegates of the organization at the first National Prayer Breakfast, an event that brings together representatives of different faiths and political beliefs with the goal of promoting dialogue and unity.
The main sponsor of the event was Denis Bećirović, the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Alongside him, the organizers and hosts included the Mayor of Sarajevo, Benjamina Karić, Member of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany, Josip Juratović, and Professor Dr. Ahmet Shala from the United States.
Batrićević in Discussion with the High Representative
On the sidelines of the event, Boban Batrićević met with the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, with whom he exchanged views on the relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and specifically emphasized the importance of the United Nations Resolution on the Srebrenica genocide.

Representatives of WBN considered the National Prayer Breakfast an important step in strengthening interfaith and political dialogue in the region, with the message that regional cooperation is key to the stability and European future of the Western Balkans.
